The organisation needed to move away from person-by-person administration. AfriPixel built an automated platform that allows members to register, make payments, sign up for conferences and webinars, and receive certificates through one connected workflow.
The Challenge
The organisation was handling membership registration, payments, event sign-ups, and certificate issuance manually. Each member required staff involvement at different stages, creating repetitive administrative work and making it difficult to handle growing membership and event activity efficiently.
The goal:Automate the entire member journey and reduce the need for manual processing.
The Platform
The platform brings member registration, payment collection, conference and webinar sign-ups, and certificate issuance into one automated workflow. Members can register, make payments, sign up for events and receive certificates independently, reducing the need for staff to process each step manually.
Automated Certification
Certificate issuance is built directly into the workflow. Once the required registration and payment process is completed, the system automatically generates and issues the member's certificate, removing the need for staff to prepare, process, and send certificates manually.
Automated Event Registration
Conferences and webinars run through the same system, allowing the organisation to manage event participation without separate manual registration processes. Members can view available events and register through their accounts, while the platform handles the information required for administration.
